Lineage

Where MXR comes from.

Meaningful Play

The Meaningful Play conference at Michigan State University, running since 2008. Provided the intellectual template for MXR's emphasis on meaningful application.

SPARTIE Lab

SPARTIE at MSU, where much of the MXR organizing infrastructure and student-scholarship coordination originates.

Beyond Meet Space

Our research collective brings the technical infrastructure for hybrid attendance: the VRChat-based BMS platform supports remote presentation and engagement alongside the in-person venue.
